SMS, Email, Phone & Portal with Delivery Tracking
Reach the non-utilizer where they actually answer.
The Outreach Engine sends multi-channel messages to non-utilizers and high-risk members: SMS, email, phone, and patient portal. Each send is tracked through delivery status (sent, delivered, opened, clicked, failed), preferred language (English, Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Portuguese), and message type (30-day reminder, due date, 30-day overdue). The engine prioritizes high-risk and priority-flagged patients first.
SMS, email, phone, and patient portal channels; patient preference drives the default channel; fallback allowed on failure.
Not contacted → contacted → engaged → scheduled → completed → declined lifecycle drives the outreach workflow.
Outreach messages are localized across English, Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, and Portuguese.
Open rate, click rate, and conversion-to-appointment are tracked per member and per campaign.
Non-utilizers, high-risk patients, and priority-flagged members are pulled from the dental risk score and benefit analytics.
Patient communication preference and prior delivery success drive the channel selection for each message.
Message is sent in the preferred language; delivery status (sent, delivered, opened, clicked, failed) is logged per message.
If the patient schedules an appointment, conversion-to-appointment is set and the outreach lifecycle advances to scheduled or completed.
“Our Spanish-language SMS campaign to non-utilizers converted 38% to a preventive visit. That's 140 patients we'd written off.”
